April 3, 2020 - Several improvements are being made to the booths as we speak. One of the most useful additions is the PREVIEW MY BOOTH link that allows you to see what your customers will see.

March 31, 2020 - Exhibitor Login is setup and a message was posted on our How it Works page noting the following;
Exhibitors : Here's how to take advantage of the many benefits of this virtual expo...
1. Login to Customize your Virtual Booth with a Company Banner (like you hang in your booth normally), update your booth's background color, add a short welcome video (and unlimited additional videos), include description of what you are offering, your company name, address, phone and email, and add an unlimited number of downloadable fliers in the form of a .pdf, then stick in your social media links and your shopping link if you are offering products for sale.
2. Click PREVIEW MY BOOTH and once your booth is setup to your liking, click on MAKE MY BOOTH LIVE. Hale Multimedia is monitoring this and will activate the link to your booth under Exhibitors once they have reviewed your booth for completeness. If you need help with any element of your booth, please contact them. They are very helpful and will not charge to help you get the most out of your booth. March 21, 2020 - Pre-Show Marketing Group on Facebook is established for exhibitors to start advertising their products or services for sale.
March 19, 2020 - Hale Multimedia formulates a comprehensive plan to conduct a virtual expo, combining the power of radio with the reach of the internet plus the popularity of social media, in order to create more buzz than ever before.
March 17, 2020 - Hale Multimedia agrees to help produce a virtual expo.
March 15, 2020 - The 2020 Great Bend Farm, Ranch & Hemp Expo is still all about promoting agricultural technology. Animals still need fed. Crops need planted. Agriculture does not stop and neither do we.
Rather than canceling the show or even postponing it, we have decided to go forward with our partners at Hale Multimedia to conduct our first ever 100% virtual expo experience.
Show hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm on April 8; 9:00am to 7:00pm on April 9; and 9:00am to 4:00pm on April 10. During these hours, there will be a screen in place of this block, which will display the current presenter, with exhibitors being featured in between our scheduled events, as well as timely announcements throughout the show.
Prior to the show, there are several benefits for all involved, including the exhibitors, the presenters and the general public. For instance, Exhibitors are invited to join our
Facebook Group and start posting their products or services immediately. It is an open public group, so the general public, as well as other exhibitors, may visit the group and support Great Bend 2020.
Travel expense and time requirements and also reduced greatly for everyone involved, making it possible to focus on doing what trade shows are intended to do, connect buyers and sellers. That is what we are focused on. Let's make a huge ecomonic impact with this show and support each other by buying and trading services with on another.
